Using BranaPay

Organizations must be verified before taking live payments and must give us accurate information about themselves. Each payment method is enabled only after it is approved for the organization.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for what your team does in your account.

Payments and fees

Payments go to the organization's own accounts with each provider. BranaPay's fees are set out in the organization's agreement and are collected as that agreement says.

What is not allowed

Using BranaPay for anything illegal, for fraud, or to collect money under false pretences; trying to break into or disrupt the platform; or misusing other people's information.

Availability

We work to keep BranaPay available and secure at all times, but payment providers and networks outside our control can occasionally be unavailable.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, BranaPay is not liable for losses caused by payment providers, by events outside our control, or by information an organization or payer gave incorrectly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.
